Tae-san has worked as a beauty consultant at Shiseido for 12 years and has experience consulting with a total of 30,000 people both domestically and internationally. She became a freelancer in 2018 and is currently providing makeup lessons and personal color analysis mainly in the suburbs of San Francisco (Bay Area), California.
Cutting down response time for inquiries and reservations via direct messages (DMs) was her top priority, and creating a website was the ideal solution.
By providing detailed service information online, clients can quickly find what they need, cutting down on DMs for questions. Plus, adding reservation forms simplifies the process, reducing overall DM traffic.
Custom Website Design
To embody Tae’s vision, the whole website was custom-designed without templates. I assisted in branding with logo creation, image selection, and choosing brand colors and fonts. I provided translations and added a language switch for her English clients.
Her insights and clear communication of my needs were incredibly helpful.
